Seems like a productive way to increase brain stimulation and exercise human curiosity as this 2020 quarantine unfolds. I have enjoyed a different approach while monitoring our new freed up time. I have tried a musical, emotional and poetic release exercise. Try clicking on random instrumental beats on YouTube or where ever accessible. Try to feel the emotion inside which occurs as you soul vibes with the beat.
Then attempt to try one or more of the following
: write in a journal, say what ever comes to your mind out loud, paint/draw/create a physical form or art, see if the energy produced enables you exercise in any way, write a poem, write a song, write a rap or begin to meditate peacefully.
Music, instrumentals, beats and sound often trigger human stimulation in every way imaginable. The quarantine may be limiting our activities and options. However, the quarantine is not slowing down time, emotions, feelings or our human need to express growth!
